Terms of Use

Using EByAi means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Fair Play & Ranking Policy and any policy linked from them. Please also read the Disclaimer— we are not affiliated with any examining body and we guarantee no result. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change.

EByAi is intended for students preparing for Indian competitive examinations. Much of our audience is under 18.

If you are under 18, you may use EByAi only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any payment made from the account. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are required to obtain verifiable parental consent before processing a child’s personal data — see Children’s Privacy.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.

An account is personal to you. You are responsible for activity on it and for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One account per person. Sharing an account, or reselling access to it, is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

Your account carries a username — the public handle shown on the leaderboard, on your profile, on everything you post and wherever someone mentions you. We give you one when you register. You may change it: the first change is free, and after that once every 30 days.

A username is licensed to you while you use the service, not owned by you. You may not sell, transfer or trade one, and you may not register handles in bulk or hold ones you do not use.

You must not choose a username that:

• impersonates another person, or suggests you are them;
• suggests you are EByAi staff, a moderator, official support, or our AI tutor;
• claims to be an examining body, an examination, an institution or a brand you have no right to represent;
• is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or aimed at harassing another user;
• is someone else’s name, phone number or other personal information.

We reserve handles for staff, support and system use, and we may refuse, reclaim or reset a username that breaks these rules, that impersonates someone, or that we are properly required to release — by a court, an examining body or the owner of a name or mark. Where we reset one we will tell you and you may choose another. A username you give up, including by deleting your account, is released and may later be taken by someone else; nothing here reserves it for you.

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through our payment partner. Prices, inclusive of applicable taxes, are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

• Access activates immediately on payment confirmation.
• Where a plan renews automatically, you will be told before you subscribe and can cancel at any time from your profile.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten or refund the period you have already paid for.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, other than the cases listed in the refund policy.

Auto-renewing plans.Where you choose one, you are setting up a standing instruction (an e-mandate) with your bank or card issuer, registered once with your bank’s authentication. After that, under the Reserve Bank of India’s e-mandate framework:

• your bank notifies you at least 24 hours before every debit, naming us, the amount and the date, with an option to opt out;
• renewals up to ₹15,000 per transaction are debited without a further OTP; above that your bank asks you to authenticate each time;
• you can revoke the mandate at any time — from Billing & plans → My plans, or directly with your bank or card issuer — and cancelling the plan with us stops autopay immediately.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and where an auto-renewing plan is repriced you will be told before the renewal it first applies to, in time to cancel.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use EByAi and its content for your own exam preparation.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or redistribute questions, solutions or analytics;
• record, screenshot systematically, or mirror the content on another service;
• sell, sub-licence or share your access with anyone else;
• use automated tools to extract content, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

Past examination questions are the property of the respective examining bodies. Our tagging, solutions, analytics and software are ours. We are not affiliated with any examining body — see Disclaimer.

The full rules for community features are in the Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms and list every category of content we are required to prohibit. In summary, when using community features, doubts or any other input, you must not post:

• anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene or defamatory;
• anyone else’s personal information;
• copyrighted material you have no right to share;
• spam, advertising, or attempts to move users off the platform;
• requests to cheat in a live examination.

Your username is not a post, but it appears on every one of them, on the leaderboard and in other people’s notifications — so the same standard applies to the handle itself, and to the display name and avatar shown beside it. See your username above.

We may remove content, reset a username, and suspend accounts that breach this.

Ranking Points and leaderboards have their own rules — one account, no automation, no exploiting a scoring defect. See the Fair Play & Ranking Policy.

Some features use automated systems — a doubt solver, and an automated pass that checks the question bank. These can be wrong.

AI output is a study aid, not an authority. Where our automated checker disputes a stored answer, a human reviewer decides before anything in the bank changes. Please report anything that looks incorrect: contact us.

We do not guarantee any examination result, score, rank, percentile or admission. EByAi is a practice and preparation tool. Outcomes depend on many things outside our control.

We make no claim about selections or success rates anywhere on this site. Where we ever publish a result, it will comply with the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector, 2024.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or failures outside our control may interrupt it. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability, though we will always try to give notice of planned downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of EByAi is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity or examination outcome. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

You may stop using EByAi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and where we do so for a serious breach we are not obliged to refund the remaining period.

Not every breach deserves an account closed. Depending on what happened we may remove the content, reset or reclaim a username, limit a feature, suspend the account, or terminate it — and we will normally take the smallest of those that fixes the problem.

On termination your licence to the content ends immediately, and your username is released once the account is finally deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Before litigating, please use our grievance redressal process — most things are resolved there, and it is faster for everyone.
