Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The 7-day free trial needs only a mobile number and gives you 25 past-year questions a day with complete step-by-step solutions. A card is needed only when you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, anytime from Billing & plans → My plans. Cancelling stops autopay immediately while keeping your plan active until the current period ends.
What payment methods are supported?+
We support UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), All Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets via Razorpay.
Does my plan renew automatically?+
Only if you switch auto-renew on — it is never the silent default. When it is on, your bank notifies you at least 24 hours before every debit with an option to opt out, renewals up to ₹15,000 go through without an OTP, and you can turn it off or revoke the mandate at any time from Billing & plans → My plans.
Are prices inclusive of tax, and do I get an invoice?+
The price you see is the price you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes — nothing is added at checkout. A receipt for every payment is available under Billing & plans in the app.
