EByAi sells access to a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped. This page exists because payment providers and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require a delivery policy to be published, even where delivery is electronic.
01What you are buying
A subscription to EByAi grants access to the online question bank, adaptive practice, mock tests and related features through your account at dev.ebyai.in. There is no physical product, no courier, and no shipping charge.
02When access is delivered
Immediately on payment confirmation. Once the payment gateway confirms your transaction, your plan activates and every included feature unlocks on the same account, usually within seconds.
You do not need to wait for an email, and you do not need to log out and back in.
03Where it is delivered
To the EByAi account registered against the mobile number used at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable, and works on any device you sign in on — the service runs in a browser and installs to a phone home screen if you want it to.
04If access does not activate
If money has left your account but your plan has not activated, contact us with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund it in full — see the refund policy, which treats failed activation as an automatic refund.
